Anarchy was defined long before you were concieved as a concept 
yourself Boyd. We can not seek to redifine terms to fit individual 
needs with out losing the meaning of speach.

Notice it says cohesive, not coercive.

Anarchy
1)Absence of any form of political authority. 
2)Political disorder and confusion. 
3)Absence of any cohesive principle, such as a common standard or 
purpose.
