My answer to that is that drugs are a good thing (See what drugs have done for human beings since drugs have entered the stream of human history). False advertising is a bad thing. And absolutely ANYTHING can be falsely advertised.
If anyone wants to prohibit from human beings all things that bear any potential for harming human beings, they may well eventually end up like the Reverend Jim Jones of the Jonestown Colony. You must admit about him that he DID banish all the problems of those he led, as well as all of his own problems. It is well to bear in mind the lesson he taught us: It IS possible to do away with all human problems.
I think Jones has never been granted the place he deserves in history. His legacy has not been appreciated or assimilated.

William,
Upon what is your uncertainty based? Health? Harm? Children?
Crime? Liberty? Morality? Please further explain your uncertainty
about the merits of eliminating harder-drug prohibitions, since
the same argument for eliminating marijuana prohibition can be
made for eliminating all drug prohibition: the vast reduction of
harm and vast increase of liberty.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.
