drugs will never abuse people in the sale but we have both civil and
crimnal courts for abusing others. I say the same thing about this
that I told Paul on the Traiff issue the state or the plantiff must
prove their case before a jury to show not only that the defendent is
going against legislation but that the legislation is constitutional
and in accordance with natural and common law, plus that the
legislation or constitutional article applies in this case and that
the sentence, fine or debt is relativent to this case, maybe in this
case it should be lower, a jury can show mercy. Judging Case by case
is much better than most any legislation if not all legislation above
the intentional neighborhood level, at the intentional level members
can forbid almost any substance that members want banned. They can
even ban those pink flamango statues on lawns.--- In
