I seems that you are saying that some human being are not persons. By extension if they are not persons then they have no rights, even to self ownership. Do you draw the line at birth, or at consciousness. Consciousness occurs long before birth and at times is destroyed after. Of course this whole debate is aimed at drawing that line and trying to justify where it is drawn. But it seems to me that we are lacking some crucial pieces of data. Some of which we are not knowledgeable enough to even be able to ask if this is missing data.
