Then it doesn't matter. Even if a fully sentient, 100% developed
human being (who had not been born yet) who was capable of speech,
rational thought, etc. were inside the body of a person, they would
have no rights. Nothing that has not been born, and is within the
body of a person has any rights; not even the right to life. We
obtain our rights at birth. Natural rights are birthrights.
