well, let's be reasonable.

Let's cut our defence spending. We're throwing the money away anyway...but
second let's start by requiring EVERY government contract to go through a
bid process. No reason not to, would you agree?
And when we stop paying 100% medican care to Iraqis we might discuss
medicare.

and when the law is changed, and when every American who did NOT collect the
soocial security funding he or she put in, we can talk about SSI and SS.
How's that?

Oh...no, Bush was appointed, not elected the first time. The second time is
still being debated. Remember that one, it is still being debated?
