As a libertarian publication, we do our best to cover movement news, and we know that our readers expect it. So, I'll answer in advance the question "why no coverage of the US Libertarian Party's national convention in Florida?" There hasn't really been much "MSM" coverage of the event. We'll certainly carry commentaries on it, but most of those have been tentative and fragmentary and we'd like to present the whole picture in one swell foop, later this week. For the "quick and dirty" scoop, as it happened, see Third Party Watch (www.thirdpartywatch.com), whose intrepid correspondent kept up with events as best possible and blogged them as he could. Have a great holiday!
