Not that anything I wrote was "jargon" or "propaganda", but I
will elaborate with a specific (maybe that's what you are looking
for):
If there weren't all the big-govt-inflicted expenses (costs to
comply with regs/laws and taxes and insurance - and welfare
system [protection/extortion]) required to set up and maintain a
new business, most poor people could easily hang out a shingle
and make (and keep) their own money (and hire other poor people,
who would experience similar benefits).

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.
