What is that potato chip and pertzel makers name Synder which I
think says on their bags not associated with Synder Of Hanover, so
there is no confusion or trademark violation. Now Auto Shack did
switch their name to Auto Zone maybe because of pressure from Radio
Shack but was there ever a trademark ruling? American LIbertarian
Party is not the same as the Libertarian Party or the National
Libertarian
Party.
What ever happen with the spilt into two parties in AZ in 2000
where one party backed Harry Browne and the other backed Neil Smith,
is there still two seperate Libertarian Parties in
AZ.?
