The margin of the vote was, as I recall, about 2%, and at that point I 
seem to recall there were only about 300 attendees left. That means a 
shift of about six people would have thrown it the other way. But even 
if it was ten times that many, any factor was enough to make the 
difference, and I heard a lot of grumbling about not having copies.
