Eric,

Your activism that contradicts your inconsistent philosophy is
not an issue, and I would be a fool to try to explain it for you.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Here's another question for ya. If I'm not an advocate of some
libertarianism, than why is it that I spend so much of my time
working for libertarian causes? Why is it that I assisted the LP
of Texas in 2004 collecting nearly 4,000 signatures for ballot
access? Why is it that I put up 3 (!!!) out of state LP
Petitioners at my home, and shuffled them around for months in my
car, at my own expense during the ballot drive?

Hey, if I was a "conservative" wouldn't I want to help out the
Constitution Party?
