Any place from which military materials are sent or received is a military target. Any military target may be attacked at ANY time. It is against the rules to hide amongst civilians, transport troops in ambulances, fire from hospitals or religious buildings. It is against the rules to not wear a uniform when fighting. Hezbolla does these things. Israel is totally within the GC in its actions. I have read the conventions, I know. > > BWS ____________________________________________________________________
Since GI's fly to and from Iraq from my local (civilian) airport, it would be a legitimate military target for the Iraqi insurgency; isn't that about right, Boyd? Especially since King George declared at one point that "we" are all soldiers! US special forces routinely don the civilian dress of locals when engaged in combat operations - there are plenty of videos and photos from Iraq and Afghanistan - so the US "breaks" the "rules", Boyd? ------------------------ Yahoo!
