I am not equating marriage and slavery. I am equating your idea of contracts
with slavery. Your suggest is that marriage is a contract, and by getting
married, the woman (you never said man) can be punished by the force of
government for exercising her freedom of association. In other words, she is
alienated from control of her mind and body through force. One cannot
voluntarilyy alienate ones self from ones inalienable rights. One can make
promises that one will behave in a certain way, but the legal use of
coercion to enforce that promise is akin to slavery.

Let's try another case. Let's say your brother makes an agreement with your
best friend to be his servant for the rest of his life, to follow all orders
and conditions. There is nothing to prevent this agreement, but what should
be the legally enforced punishment for violation of the agreement? This is
no different from your idea of a marriage contract.

Fallacy of Open I

I do not believe that anyone should be punished if
the parties have perverted contracts allowing adultery
  by the woman.
To equate marriage and slavery is a Marxist and
  female libber fallacy.
