Eric, Please do more than repeat your fallacies. If you think my rebuttal to your claim consist of "excuses", please defend your claim and disprove mine. Hopefully, therein, you will also further explain your original claim that George W. Bush is to thank for the Dow high via his tax cuts a few years ago; and how that "spurred on the greatest economy in the history of the United States". This is nothing special. Hasn't the Dow hit new highs under the past several POTUS?
Since you got away with calling me a "cynical libertarian" (not that I consider it an insult, but YOU did), I'm going to take this opportunity to call you our Libertarian Group's poster-boy republican. -Mark +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Like I said, cynical Libertarians will find any excuse possible to ignore this story or denigrate it. George W. Bush could bring about worldwide peace, could eliminate the income tax, could guarantee complete individual liberties for all US citizens, and still Libertarian cynics would find something to bitch about. --- In [email protected], "ma ni" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Eric, > > I believe it's only due to pre-election factors, as it is > historically common during pre-election years. > > -Mark > > ++++++++++++++++++ > > > Well, yesterday we hit 11,740, and all-time record. > > Don't know how many of you are in the market, but for those of us > who > are libertarian investors, THIS IS EXCELLENT NEWS!!! > > YIPPEE!!!
