Btw, we probably should come up with a solution for run_tests.sh leaving
hugepages in use relative to state of the system before a `make check`
run. rm -rf would work, I guess if we did

rm -rf `hugetlbfs_path()`/elflink-uid-$(bashism to get uid)

between every run_test in elfshare_test()?
