Now that threading is in the C++ standard I wonder how long TBB gets
reimplemented as a header-only library, or better yet - pulled in to the
standard library.

Of course, I wonder if Cray will ever actually implement native threading in
C++ or just implement the keywords and run them on one thread, calling it
good...
