I dont have a workstation setup here yet, I will update the libMesh on my
laptop this afternoon and try out this patch.

P.S: I will be implementing goal oriented refinement for sensitivity
calculations(http://hal.inria.fr/hal-00646533/), and I think this new
framework might already do the job for being able to do that in libMesh.
Maybe something like DifferentiableResidual. Just thinking aloud, I dont
know the full context for DifferentiableQoI.
