Initially, I imagine that there will be a core set of developers and a lot of cross talk, so I would think that a single list would best. Over time, conversations will either die down or build up. If the latter occurs, then splitting off at that time would make sense. As a mailing list, Taglibs-dev is fairly inactive. - Sam Ruby
