To get this straight: the problem is not that Ctrl-X (or Ctrl-C) includes the
formatting, but the problem is that pasting-as-is what has been cut/copied,
overwrites the formatting of the target cell?
I find the summary of the bug confusing :)
And a command could better be uno:PasteAndKeepFormatTargetCell?
