This part is dubious.

Let's say the source cell A1 = 1 has a yellow background. The target B1 is
empty and white. By cutting A1 and pasting into B1 you get a white cell A1 and
a yellow B1. If you copy A1, paste into B1 both cells are yellow, and after
clearing the content of A1 you have a copy in B1 while A1 keeps the formatting.
Is that what you want to achieve?
