            Bug ID: 162832
Summary: Incorrect sort using 12 hour clock in LibreOffice Calc
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 3.3.0 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
LibreOffice Calc treats 12:30 PM as later than 1:30 PM because it does not
recognize times from 12:00 PM to 12:59:59 PM as a quirky special case. The
same problem exists for 12:00 AM to 12:59:59 AM. Thus when I sort my rows by
time with 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2:30 PM in the time column, Calc incorrectly
comes up with the sorted order of 1:30, 2:30, 12:30. On an old-fashioned
clock, 12 is the first number, the one on top.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make rows by time with 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2:30 PM in the time column
2.Select ALL and sort.
3.

Actual Results:
1:30, 2:30, 12:30

Expected Results:
12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2:30 PM

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Convert to 24 hr clock or add HH == 12 as special case
