I understand that in summary, these are the things that needed to be done. 1. Supporting negative years, 2. Allowing timestamps with very fine detail (down to nanoseconds), 3. Handling different time zones, and 4. Introducing controls for durations and intervals. I will like to take it step by step, work on the first one and then the following one. As mentioned in the hack, we need to decide if we should negative year for or 0, I will suggest negative ?, any other suggestion also ? Also, can someone kindly point out to the part of Libreoffice UI where we display time and where their respective code is located ? I will be glad to any other comment or pointers that can help.
