            Bug ID: 165418
           Summary: Crash on startup
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.2.0.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Since 23/02/2025 at 18:55, LibreOffice has crashed on startup every time.
I had upgraded to 25.02.0.3 on ‎06 ‎February ‎2025, ‏‎19:15:43, and I am fairly
sure it worked after that.
Windows 10 successfully installed "February 11, 2025—KB5051974 (OS Builds
19044.5487 and 19045.5487)" on 15/02/2025, and I can't recall whether I had
tried to use LibreOffice between then and the first crash report to Microsoft
on 23/02/2025 at 18:55. Hence, I can not say for certain whether the problem
may have been caused by this Windows update.
I have included below the content of the most recent crash report.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Either, double-click on a .odt file,
2. Or, double click on the desk-top short cut
3. Or, right-click on the desk-top short cut and select Open

Actual Results:
Apparently, nothing happens.
As indicated above, actually Windows sends an error report.

Expected Results:
Office should at least display a splash screen, and then start up.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
It did not even get as far as displaying a splash screen.

Here's the content of the most recent crash report to Microsoft.
