Absent libraries don't result in a silent crash; they show "missing DLL" dialog box. Also, this report seems to be about an *update* of pre-installed LibreOffice - which means, that the libraries would be pre-installed (bug 165149 is only about clean install on a system with no pre-installed libraries).
