Only the NNBSP (U+202F) does not display, related reversions of work done on bug 67669, but it doen't seem related. The Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer -> Formatting Aids 'Non-breaking spaces and hyphen' check box correctly toggles visibility of the NBSP placeholding blue degree glyph on a grey field. <Ctrl>+F8 field shading no longer affect them, and they respond with the other Non-printing characters toggle <Ctrl>+F10 or the Pilcrow button on the Standard toolbar.
