Description:



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an image file (I've tried .jpg and .png) with LibreOffice Draw
(attached file LibreOffice_7.5_Draw_Icon.svg.png).
2. Select the image and 8 resize handles show correctly (attached file
ImageSelected.png).
3.  Right-click and choose Crop.  Two crop handles are missing and those that
show are distorted (attached file CropToolSelected.png).
4.   Rotate the image and the missing/distorted crop handles follow the rotated
image (attached file Rotated.png).


Actual Results:
Two crop handles missing, others distorted.

Expected Results:
8 crop handles.
