You might try these: Reset your user profile, see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile On same level as your user profile there might be a folder 'cache'. Delete it. Try using a different icon theme. The settings are in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View. The problem is, that you have got a wrong image cropmarkers.svg or cropmarkers.png, for whatever reason.
