The wiki tells that MAR incremental updates is behind the option available (non
experimental since 24.8) in : "Tools ▸ Options... ▸ LibreOffice ▸ Online Update
▸ Automatic Update ▸ Enable automatic update".

I understand that an organization can take the hand on the update mechanism.
Will this feature also be removed from domestic use ?

I agree that this feature could have a lower priority. Maybe it could get a
difficultyBeginner keyword ? Since LibreOffice has roughly up to 800000
downloads per week, the install process has a significant impact on electricity
consumption (and thus electricity production).
