Yes I can, when you state it explicitly. Because by itself, "I like the
feature" implies "it is useful to me (at least in principle)"; and the notion
of "I like the feature, even though it doesn't apply to my use case at all" is
not something one *should* assume. So - yes, after your comment 29, that made
it clear that it is "I like it for no reason, just because I like it", I
understand it.

And for your case, the CORRECT solution is allowing to disable it. EVERYTHING
else, that you suggested here, is not related to your use case (and breaks many
others' use cases, so implementing those ideas would be harmful).

Which is why it is important to state version from Help->About, not limiting to
"version" field in metadata.
