Description:
When you import a quote in markdown, it is recognised and correctly set with a
Block quotation style, but the format is inconsistent with the standard
appearance in markdown where quotes have a left border.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the attached Block_quotation.md file
Actual Results:
The quote appears with an indent
Expected Results:
The quote appear with an indent and a left border
