Clean install onto Win11 on a 4K display. The first launch of a module, not the Start Center, e.g. Writer brings up the Welcome dialog. Fully fit, no scroll bars show, no need to resize. Expect this would ONLY affect marginal sized displays, and possibly some DE other than Windows DWM?
