Thank you to everyone: for me, as a user, my problem is solved.

However, for the developers of  LIBREOFFICE, the problem is NOT RESOLVED, as
the two bugs in the new releases still need to be fixed:

Bug 1) If consolidation settings exist in the workbook, new rows duplicating
the settings, as the source,  of  cell “$A$1” on the first sheet of the
workbook (even if this worksheet is new) are automatically added by the
software (with every save?). 
As Miguel Angel says, this is a strange thing!

Bug 2) If a large number of such duplicated rows are present in the .ODS
workbook, saving it (Ctrl + S) takes an unusually long time (several minutes).
