This seemed to be quite performant. Pictures I then used as a link to get a small text file. Open Office and Libre Office grew in size and performance went worse until to the point that now, 26 years later it hardly cannot be used by me as you can see because of 40 seconds saving time when I just want saving the file having only some characters changed. As can be seen the odt only is 1 MB. No huge pictures added by links. This is totally frustrating for me because I hoped it would be made more usable for me which had not been the case. 26 years should have made performance better, not worse. I nearly cannot work any longer with this. Are you not interested at all getting such feedback? Only trying to get me to Win10, Win11, Win12 or so? Is this really all you can do? No performance benefit at all? Are you paid for making it unusable for me? I do not really want to hear excuses like please wait some more years, use a global document instead or use Win13 then or so. Its not a huge file at all ! Look at it, its just 1 MB ! There is no excuse for that for me to accept at the moment. Somebody should feel ashame for what have been done in so many years. I do not have much faith now left hoping for a more performant version in the next years to come. You should read this carefully again and again and understand. May be there is needed a better team to come. I just do not know. I am really sorry having to say so at this place. Its not funny for me to write here those words not sounding so good. I would have been happy writing something positive here. But unfortunately I am waiting now for 26 years. This is a huge part of a life time and I hope you will understand what this really means for me. So sorry having to say all this here. Where else should I place this? So please understand ! Do something positive if you can. I wrote more than 20 books.
