--- Comment #15 from Dr. Matthias Weisser <[email protected]> ---
Bogdan, I like that you are willing to help. Those versions I already had
tested before. Performance also was not so good and also bugs there. But also
newer versions are buggy. Some bugs came new which made picture work worse than
before. Some older bugs did not have been solved even if had waited for years.
I understand that LO is a huge thing. But I just want to do my daily job with
this and that means that having bugs inside means working with workarounds
which are not at all nice after so much time I now have been waiting for a
solution. As you can see I am not a guy only crying for a solution. I wrote
quite some issues and hoped that this would help. But most are still there.
Others came also. It does not make sense crying about this here. But the guys
in the project should understand that they are not helping me getting my work
done by blowing the thing up every time and by producing programs that need so
much time to save because saving I use quite often. I do not like getting a
coffee each time when saving because of this much time waisted. Is really
nobody there who tries to understand? I have a Win11 laptop also but this is
not at all usable as well as the Win7 one which is the reason why I have to
keep this old stuff at the moment. Next year then another faster laptop will
arrive - I am sure - but I am also sure that LO wont perform very well because
I have seen this now for so many years. I do not like SSD because of data loss
I had which I did not have with the harddrive before. Is there anyone there who
really tries to understand that in former times programs had been much smaller
and more performant ! Bloatware is not at all a good idea ! I am not really
interested in hearing now just normal excuses. I would really like getting a
solution. But this does not seem to have high priority. I see this now way too
long.
