Dr. Matthias, ok, now I understand better your case. But you need to understand
that LibreOffice is not a standalone app. It has a lot of dependencies (python,
fonts, a lot of libraries). So, if all of them are older in Windows 7,
LibreOffice can not build on them.

So, I found for you a list of versions that are the last one to work better on
Windows 7. I hope this info will solve your problem.

In this list you can find for Windows 7, latest versions are:
Windows 7 (RTM) 2013-04-09      5.4.7.2 32-bit, 64-bit
Windows 7 SP1   2020-01-14      25.2.7.2        32-bit, 64-bit

So, you need 5.4.7 or 25.2.7, depending of what version of Windows do you have.
