--- Comment #12 from [email protected] --- As I originally stated, I reported the suggestion about files containing a preview shown by my file browser by default after installing 7.3.7.2 (the baseline with my distribution's package list). I did not bring up the Start Centre, as that was not my issue. The Start Centre previews, as shown by testing, were not affected by settings changes (and that is okay by me). This preview is generated by LibreOffice, with tools inside of LibreOffice, and clearly there are multiple settings that cause this preview to be generated within LibreOffice. Therefore I believe that this is/was (to be determined) a LibreOffice setting that I made a suggestion of change. In Thunar 4.18.4, a setting for thumbnails is in Edit > Preferences... > Display > Thumbnails (see attachment "Thunar Settings Follow-up.png"). These are currently set to show thumbnails for basically any file at the moment. I don't have files that are generating thumbnails because of Thunar when the LibreOffice settings is to not generate a preview. I have access to the latest version of LibreOffice elsewhere; I will test the Expert Configuration setting there. I can test Thunar settings but that is outside the scope of this report. Otherwise, I'll resolve this report in the near future after I check the latest LibreOffice.
