BogdanB, in both of your videos (length 22 or 27 seconds), I do  not see any
hyperlink being inserted. I don't even see the dialog "Hyperlink" or the
selection of the target.

I also was able to insert the hyperlink, that's why I call it a glitch, not a
real bug. It is just an inconsistency in the dialog which shows buttons
Help/Reset/Apply/Cancel/OK with gray inscriptions after selecting the target.
Playing with it again, I just recognized, that OK was in black before I did my
choice: At that moment it should have been gray, because no selection was made.

By selecting the target, all buttons are turned gray after the selection is
made.
