table with red cell

Here as in the case of bug 170173, I would expect a formatting applied to an
entire block - in the present case, an entire table cell - to be preserved on
copy and paste, while the same operation applied to a proper part of it would
only carry along the formatting applied to this part.
The table of the example file uploaded contains a cell which is formatted with
red background. Observe that the LO Writer table menu explicitly offers the
choice to apply such formatting to a cell; so the user expects that it is a
property associated with the cell as such.
Now copy the red cell into an empty cell: no background color.
Same happens if you select the entire table row (by approaching and clicking
the ⇒ shaped cursor) and paste it into the table: the red background is lost. I
do not think this is what the user expects.
