The test document contains the line "Text in paragraph.." formatted as Absatz_m_D and "1. Text in paragraph..." formatted as Default PS with a DF of a list. Lists are somewhat special and I suggest to use a different attribute. Now I don't see what you expect but in general you copy/paste text with formatting not the document structure - here discussed as table. I totally understand that table attributes are seen copy-able text formattings. But there are arguments against that you could follow.
