A1 cell date issue

Could someone reproduce in latest release?

Cell A1 is formatted ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD

1. Type: 20 Jan <enter>
2. Observe it shows 2020-01-01
^^ This is the issue

Expected: 20 Jan 2026

Clearly it is interpreting it thinking someone does not want 20th January, but
the year 20, January. However no one refers to dates like this.

I'll attach the test case file

Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI: en-GB
Ubuntu package version: 4:24.2.7-0ubuntu0.24.04.6
