(2) An arrow key combined with Shift key moves the shape by 10mm of the draw page. (3) An arrow key combined with Alt key moves the shape by a fixed distance of the screen. How much this is on the draw page, depends on zoom. The fixed distance was 1 pixel in the beginning (30 years ago). I don't know how much it is nowadays.
