I'm using LibO 4.3.0.4 under Win7x64 and I see "Text CSV (.csv)" in the dropdown extension menu list of the open dialog. maybe you just missed it since the list is very long. try clicking "t" in that menu list till you see it. > 3.Open Calc and drag and drop a .csv file.
