You are wrongly confusing the DOZENS of legitimately upset people whose spreadsheets were damaged with ONE very confused user who admitted he was not skilled with spreadsheets. Despite a developer telling us that using absolute references was the correct way to resolve his sorting issue, this ill-thought idea was allowed to wreak havoc on our user base. We screwed up here.
