If folder 4 contains version 5, then where is the version 4.4 that I had installed, as well, be? It is not working, but is nominally installed. I'm beginning to think I need to remove everything and start all over. Will I loose any important settings or other information doing that. Alternatives? Earlier, I had to fully working versions on this machine.
