I really miss the simple indication as to whether the file content has changed or not. It was also one of the things I disliked about MSO. Re suggested workaround, which file do I need to modify? (It looks quite tricky for a basic user like myself). I've looked at the Minutes of the Design Hangout: 2015-12-11, and really hope that some solution can be found, soon.
