I've tested the file you provided. You said it "does not render correctly" but what do you mean by that? Could you be more clear? maybe provide some screenshots showing the difference. For me I had to change the font before I be able to see the characters in pre format on Windows, it displayed OK in Linux. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'.
