Although, I just did a "server" /a admin install of the 5.2.0alpha1 x86 build on a Windows 7 sp1 64-bit box with an OpenGL blacklisted GPU, and the launch gets past the Synchronize bundled extensions on that system -- and creates a complete user profile and opens completely. Still I'm less inclined to believe it is strictly an OpenGL issue, as opposed to an OS issue--so is it somehow in the DirectWrite support?
