LO master can't open writer

nightly build from today.
LO Writer not opening from start center. Also not opening writer files.
We have a new blocker. Not sure if this is OS X only.
Reproduce:
1. open startcenter
2. click on "writer document"
or
Open any writer file → startcenter opens instead of writer.
