More work? Sorry, I am not getting paid for reporting bugs. I don't know how
many OS X users are on the latest LO master to report bugs. This is annoying
enough, since no update path is working for that channel.

"Giving the UI a chance to launch Writer": Sorry, this is 2016 and this machine
has a lot of RAM and a fast SSD. I do not want to give UI time. I want to get
work done when launching an office application. Also giving it time, does not
change a thing. It's not as if that was not tested by leaving more space
inbetween clicks.
Tbh, I find your reply somewhat inapprorpiate and de-motivating: Many words,
little content, unconstructive, repetitive.
