Because it remains unconfirmed! No one else can reproduce, so becomes a

Sorry, not the way it works. We are no where near a release of master as 5.3.
Also as it has not been confirmed, just because you can't use it does not make
it critical and highest. Need to figure out if it is reproducible--then we can
worry about why.
As to your attached video, All it shows is that you are not giving the GUI a
chance to launch Writer--at least 10 clicks in a row! What does a system 'ps
-ef' show.
A bit more work on your part please. And at most this is medium & normal during
master dev cycle.
